Overall rating is excellent. Sales/customer service by South Beaches' Robert Martin was excellent. Great communication by email and phone. Excellent , competitive price. Pick up and delivery were both on time as contracted. The transport driver, John Mehorter, was professional and very friendly. He called as he was nearing the drop off point to let me know he was coming. Drop off took about 10 minutes. After dealing with another auto transport company that tried a bait and switch, this experience with South Beach very good. If you have an auto that needs to be transported, I strongly recommend South Beach. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
