First off my experience when getting a quote and scheduling for transport was excellent. Derek was very quick to respond and seemed to be ver efficient. The problem came after the car was delivered. The drivers side door was filthy from the truck drivers hands. He did not wear gloves when removing the straps off the car, and then got into the car without cleaning his hands. To get out of the car is still mind blowing, it appeared he opened the window, unlocked the car and put his filthy hands all over the door. When I asked him about it he said, oh its from my hands. He became very quiet after. I tried to contact Derek by phone and email, both methods I originally used and did not even receive a reply. I also noted on the paper when we signed the bill of lading. I would have liked to have said they are a good company to go with, but since it appears they only care about get you to go with them, and thats it. I would not recommend using them at all. I waited a few days to give them time to respond in any form and I got nothing. Very disappointed.
