I scheduled a move with Trident back on 4-30-18 and my move was set for 5-5-18. I received a call from Trident and dealt with James, he was very detailed about what I should look for when choosing a transporter. I've went over all the reviews for Trident and moves for other brokers and everyone is pretty much the same. Trident had the best reviews out of the three companies I was down to. Long story short they gave me a quote to move from TX to CO for Mustang for $800.00. They gave me a three day window for pick up and said I would get a call the day before. John the dispatcher reached out to me and told me my car would be picked up on 5/6 and that the actual driver would contact me on 5/6. Everything went as planned and my car was picked up on-time. Jason from Long haul transport was very helpful at pick up. This company is no scam, the rates change day to day and the market is controlled by the actual transporters. I was skeptical about dealing with any broker but hey these guys came through for me. Keep up the great work.
