We apologize that you feel the way that you do about your transport order with us. We tried our best to get this done for you with the strict window period that you had given us. Unfortunately we can't force a carrier to go somewhere if they do not want to go off their route. We made calls to the carriers we work with on a daily basis to see if we could get you moved, and the carriers we were able to find for you did not meet your drop off time requirements. We require a window of 1-5 days for pick up, depending on route and availability it can possibly take up to 10 days; because of this, is the reason we do not guarantee anything because there is no such thing as one, till we have a carrier signed, sealed, and confirmed.
We truly did try our best to move your vehicle in the short window you had provided to us. .
