This Auto shipping company was disappointing is the least I can say. My very recent experience with them was horrible. I accepted a deal with them thinking it was going to be good. I outlined my specific needs from the start so it is clear! Little did I know that the biggest surprise awaited me. Once a carrier was found ,from nowhere the price hiked by about 300 dollars outside the agreed amount and it was made to sound like they were doing one a favor. This was at the last minute thinking I will be desperate and just pay!!! When I asked why, courtesy was thrown out of the door. The representative who spoke with me on the day a carrier was said to be found was very rude and in my opinion defeated the essence of customer service!! I am so glad I did not give them any upfront (Deposit) even though they had asked for it otherwise I am unsure if I would have gotten my money back. I had to request they cancel the deal right away once I found out it was not worth even pursuing further.

I would not touch this company ever again even with a long pole!!

We apologize that you feel the way that you do about your transport order with us. We tried our best to get this done for you with the strict window period that you had given us. Unfortunately we can't force a carrier to go somewhere if they do not want to go off their route. We made calls to the carriers we work with on a daily basis to see if we could get you moved, and the carriers we were able to find for you did not meet your drop off time requirements. We require a window of 1-5 days for pick up, depending on route and availability it can possibly take up to 10 days; because of this, is the reason we do not guarantee anything because there is no such thing as one, till we have a carrier signed, sealed, and confirmed. We truly did try our best to move your vehicle in the short window you had provided to us. .
