Overall good company, good experience, but a little improvement needed

We had some problems with the process, but Alex worked through all of them, and came through in the end, beating a competitor that bad mouthed him... she also raised the price after telling me how everyone else was going to raise it, and she would not (blaming the market [fuel prices went down]... yeah right). The only thing I would say that was in a grey area of performance was no contract and small print given up front... I had to ask for it a couple of times. The customer needs to see what he/she are getting into before they get into it. The devil is in the details
