I am so glad that I went with Saks. Alex went above and beyond for me, his communications was excellent and he was very straight forward and trustworthy. This was my first time transporting a vehicle and I was very nervous. I quickly learned that the industry is full of unreputable and aggressive companies. Everything went as he explained. The driver was on time and he was great about keeping me informed as to when he would arrive to pick up and deliver the car. The car even arrived a day early.
