I was looking for a car transport service to bring my son's car from CA to Texas for his second year of college. After being inundated with quotes, emails and phone solicitations, I decided to do my own research and found Ship-A-Car Direct. I was impressed by their BBB ratings and their website had very helpful videos and information. When I called seeking more information, Matt was patient, professional and helpful each step of the way. He answered all my questions, and helped alleviate my anxiety. The car was picked up exactly as planned and the driver was pleasant to deal with and we felt very comfortable as he drove off. We were kept informed throughout the entire trip and the car arrived in perfect condition exactly 5 days after it was picked up! I highly recommend Ship-A-Car Direct for any transport needs.
